A well known, industry leading real estate organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast is seeking a receptionist for a short-term temporary role.

Your new role

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact
  • Answering the phone and handling enquiries/ transferring calls
  • Email management
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the incoming and outgoing mail
  • General admin support to the team - e.g. scanning, filing, archiving etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience as a corporate receptionist
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Availability to work full-time Mon–Friday
