Your new role

• Lead the delivery of benchmark equipment reliability, through effective Continuous Improvement processes
• Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting of equipment health and performance
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations for major failures and implement corrective measures
• Review & optimise maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability
• Perform detailed analysis of condition monitoring data and action accordingly
• Provide technical expertise to the maintenance execution teams to support work quality and safe execution of maintenance work
• Engage in safety activities and discussions to promote achievement of personal and team safety goals

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline)
• Experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in the Mining or Oil and Gas industry
• Proven problem-solving skills with Reliability Engineering concepts and with experience of using tools such as FMEA, RCA, or similar would be highly regarded.
• Strong engagement skills and a customer-focused mindset
• An overriding commitment to health, safety, the environment and the community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of SAP & Microsoft Office systems is highly desirable.
