• Conduct and analyse data research and generate reports to communicate these findings.
• Oversee and project manage the team’s research and reporting processes.
• Integrate industry feedback and data to develop and adapt policy solutions.
• Liaise with industry experts and research organisations to capture insights.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in economic and labour market topics particularly within the national and state policy context
• Experience in developing research, analysis, report writing, and communicating findings to senior and junior audiences
• Project management experience and the ability to balance and contribute to multiple concurrent projects
• Experience engaging with VET policy through relevant education or training government bodies
• Relationship/Stakeholder management skills and ideally a network within the VET sector
• Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Policy research or a related discipline.
