Your new role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Health & Safety Manager located in Melbourne or Geelong.
You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and training employees on safety procedures.
This role requires a lot of travel (within Victoria) managing safety across multiple sites.

What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE management role, preferably within the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures
- Ability to work well in a team and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Driving licence
