Part-time Customer Service/Sales Assistant - Hurstville Salary: $61,400 plus Super and Bonuses (pro-rata) for a Mandarin-speaking candidate

Your new role

Working with a large NFP health fund in their Hurstville branch, this organisation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team! After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face

• Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients

• Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service

• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes

• Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients

• Enjoys working in a team environment

• Ability to work 30 hours per week

• Fluent in Mandarin
