Your new role
The SAP SuccessFactors Administrator position is required to assist the department manage the transition from a Legacy Learning Management System (LMS) to SAP SuccessFactors LMS. The role will be to assist the current administrators with the preparation of Learning Artefacts and the migration and testing of existing training and training records into the new LMS platform.
You will have a strong learning background and proficiency in working with SAP SuccessFactors, Learning Management module, and it would be advantageous if you have experience working with the emergency management sector.
Role and responsibilities:
- LMS Administration, configuration, and reporting capability.
- Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMS.
- Assist the team in a data cleansing exercise.
- Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular.
- Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles.
- Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training videos.
- Develop a system reporting framework for Business Units to run reports.
- Support in amending email templates to be user/manager friendly.
- Support the use of Directorate branding to be utilised throughout the system.
What you'll need to succeed
- Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to balance technical acumen, problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, management and reporting capabilities in SAP success factors talent management learning module.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, use initiative, determine priorities, and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience using Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence.
- An understanding of Victorian emergency management practices would be advantageous.
