Your new role

• Technical security lead with key responsibilities for ensuring the success of the Cybersecurity Program from a technical perspective, through optimisation and/or replacement of security systems and associated policies and processes
• Provide technical security leadership with external and internal cybersecurity audits.
• Act as an internal consultant to senior management on issues pertaining to information security
• Provide expert advice, guidance and solutions to relevant stakeholders in security management
• Provide technical security expertise in relation to the design, planning, integration and implementation of appropriate security initiatives
• Evaluate, compare, and support the implementation and integration of cybersecurity tools
• Involved in Cybersecurity audit activities to ensure ongoing compliance to the relevant standards and legislation.
• Educate and mentor staff regarding contemporary cybersecurity risks

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional certifications and/or significant industry experience in cybersecurity related technologies and systems.
• Experience with email security protocols and processes, including but not limited to SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Phishing and Keyword Filtering (Lexicons).
• Experience supporting the design, implementation and management of a broad range of Cybersecurity tooling
• Experience supporting the design, implementation and management of Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) toolsets to collect, detect, investigate, respond and report on cybersecurity incidents.
• Experience in the development and publication of Cybersecurity policies, coupled with periodic auditing exposure to ensure compliance to relevant standards.
• Current “C” Class Drivers Licence.
