This is an opportunity to join a progressive and collaborative Insurance Broker that promotes growth and a collaborative working environment. The position offers exposure to the full scope of insurance broking activities, which include new business, renewals, endorsements, and debtors, predominantly SME lines of insurance. You have the chance to join the team in a Senior Account Manager capacity, taking over a book of SME clients. This role also offers the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a growing broker with ambitious plans for progression.

Your new role

In this role, as a Senior Account Manager, you will be:
  • Process insurance quotes for SME accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial business, present options to clients and agree on a course to implement.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on market trends.
  • Grow and retain business and prepare monthly compliance declarations.
  • Issue policy renewal documents, invoices, payment options and premiums.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services.
  • Maintaining and building relationships across the existing book of business
  • Building relationships with key Insurers and underwriters

What you'll need to succeed

In this role, as a Senior Account Manager, you will be:
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple insurance risks
  • Tier 1 required
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in an equivalent position
  • Maintaining and building relationships across the existing book of business
  • Building relationships with key Insurers and underwriters
  • Exposure to winbeat and officetech broking tools favourable
