A major financial services company is hiring a Consumer Affairs Associate (Community Engagement).

In this Senior Associate, Consumer Affairs role, you will:
- Support the Head of Consumer Affairs to deliver executive stakeholder engagement to drive customer-centricity, particularly for customers who need extra care.
- Coordinate the Consumer Forum and other community engagement programs to support a customer-centric culture.
- Draft briefs and material for executive engagements, including industry groups and leadership team engagements.
- Identify and develop engagement opportunities to build the organisation's reputation and relationships with customers.
- Support the delivery of key programs as required and identify opportunities for reputation-building activities.
- Own and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver programs.
- Design and deliver effective measurement programs to assess program success and drive improvements.
- Liaise with Communications and Government and Public Policy on key programs to maximise strategic reputation outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in relevant roles
- Community programs and partnership management preferred.
- Coordinating complex stakeholder priorities
