• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the Project to minimise risk and liability.
• Supervise the preparation of major supplier and contractor documents.
• Assist the client team to resolve contractual and commercial disputes, achieving the best project outcomes.

• Work closely with the project finance/cost control team and project manager to maximise the financial performance.

• Deliver outcomes to maximise opportunities and minimise risk in an accurate and timely way throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Manage contract
  Changes, commercial proposals, and contractual correspondence with the EPCM and vendors for the supply of materials, equipment and packages.
• Oversee the work of the EPCM, ensuring compliance with the contract terms.

• A strong focus on safety and safe work practices
• Experience in the chemical, energy or mining industry
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
