Your Role
In this key position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of Teaching and a team of expert trainers. Your primary focus will be supporting an established program, ensuring excellence across all aspects of the learning design process. Engaging with subject-matter experts will be a vital part of your responsibilities as you contribute to meaningful educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end learning design process.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Assess and enhance learning experiences and processes.
  • Create a variety of engaging content tailored to adult learners.

What You’ll Bring
  • A tertiary qualification in instructional design, learning & development, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering adult learning programs from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in using tools and systems to develop interactive and impactful training materials.
  • A strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities in learning development.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
