Your new role

• Delivering strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Managing and developing procurement and legal policies.
• Overseeing Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and privacy compliance.
• Coordinating legal input for Ministerial briefings and cabinet submissions.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align legal strategies with organisational goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Admission or eligibility to practice law in Victoria or equivalent jurisdiction.
• Proven expertise in commercial and corporate legal matters, including procurement processes.
• Strong experience in drafting and implementing procurement delivery documents.
• Knowledge of government legal processes and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with FOI and privacy legislation (preferred but not essential).
