As a Senior Manager - Technology Ecosystems, you will work on a diverse portfolio of activities to position our banking client as a leader in the technology community. Delivering on the Group’s technology strategy through strategic partnerships across academia, government and business to position them as an employer of choice.
Other responsibilities will include
Identifying, building and sustaining partnerships with a range of stakeholders, whether educational, corporate, government, or community based.
Proactively solving problems, leveraging technology and creativity to address challenges, and driving organisational goals in an evolving landscape.
Delivering value (financial or social) and evaluating performance against our objectives and key results with a focus on impact and measurable outcomes.
Providing high quality and compelling research analysis to guide the design of programs of work.
Preparing policy submissions and responses to technology related government consultative processes.
Engaging and communicating with executives, community members, corporate partners, and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
Developing and amplifying our technology stories and supporting brand reputation.
Pursuing opportunities that advance technology capability and investment in Australia.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues
Demonstrated experience in providing data driven advice for consideration for senior leaders
Experience producing high quality briefings, communications, policy positions, strategic insights, research and other written materials.
Excellent communication and strategic delivery skills.
Proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives across groups of complex stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-performance team.
Previous experience in large organisations or technology preferred.
An educational degree with substantial relevant experience, or extensive experience and expertise in communications and / or policy environments.
A passion for emerging trends in technology.
