About the role
As the Senior Marketing Specialist-Digital Content, you will be tasked to lead the creation and optimisation of high-quality, targeted content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads across various digital channels. As well as :
Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including blogs, case studies, videos, and social media content.
Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Analyse digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Oversee website content updates and enhancements to ensure an optimal user experience and alignment with the content strategy.
Work with the National Marketing Manager to review and optimise the three-year marketing strategy and supporting plans. Support the team in day-to-day execution of: national and local marketing plans, growth plans, including events calendar and online strategy, as well as the customer experience plan.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in creating and executing B2B content strategies preferably from a similar industry or trade services background, along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and or digital marketing or other relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record in delivering digital campaigns that drive leads and sales growth.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Good analytical skills, the capability to report performance metrics, and the ability to optimise both website and social media channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
