Your new roleIn this permanent position, you will:
- Process end-to-end payroll for small volume for Australia and New Zealand
- Identify gaps in processes and discrepancies in audits
- Analyse payroll data and generate various reports
- Respond to payroll queries and assist team with payroll-related issues
- Identify areas of improvement within the payroll process
- Assist with adhoc HR matters
What you'll need to succeed- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end, full function payroll
- Knowledge of payroll systems – experience with UKG Kronos is desirable
- Good eye for detail – ability to analyse payroll reports and spot discrepancies within pay calculations
- Ability to work effectively within a team; not afraid to collaborate with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of retail and hospitality Awards is advantageous
