• You will have technical expertise in Salesforce and use Jira (User Stories)
• You will be part of the uplift of the program and end to end program management.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the project objectives and organisational goals.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of product releases and updates.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Product Performance and Optimisation: Monitor product performance and key metrics, conduct data analysis, and gather insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.
• Support business needs as required and undertake any other tasks broadly inline with this position description as specified by your manager.
• Product Management Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in product management methodologies and best practices, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Analytics and Metrics:
• Proficiency in utilising product analytics tools and methodologies to track, measure, and analyse product performance metrics.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, with the ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
