Your new company

Your new company is an industrial construction company central to SEQ. They have been operating for just under 30 years and have a strong pipeline of projects about to kick off in 2025. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Your new role

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of industrial construction projects
• Oversee planning, programming, site operations, and subcontractor management
• Drive commercial performance, site safety, and compliance outcomes
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Manage site teams with confidence and clarity to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate services-heavy scopes and large-scale construction methodologies

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed is 10+ years' Project Management experience on Industrial projects ranging up to $50M

• Knowledge of building codes
• Previous experience in a Senior Project Management role in the industrial sector
• Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
• Risk assessment analysis experience
• Experience with WH&S and legislative requirements
