A leading university with operations throughout Queensland are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and lead digital initiatives across the organisation!
Your new role
Established many years ago, this organisation has deep ties to multiple communities throughout Queensland not only due to their educational offerings, but it’s community engagements. Not limited to just these (and the many employment opportunities the organisation brings), the significant research conducted at their many sites aim to change the lives of people for the better.
Reporting into the director who oversees strategy, architecture and innovation, you will lead this organisations initiatives in their enterprise level environment. You will work with senior management to define business outcomes, provide product roadmaps, produce technical resources, lead governance activities and overall drive these organisations digital related strategies.
This organisation teats everyone with equal respect regardless of if this individual is working in the service desk team, project team or any of the non-technical departments and encourages collaboration to get the job done. Your feedback is always heard, and you will be valued not only based on your skill set, but yourself as a person.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need as much experience/knowledge across the following as possible:
- Digital architecture (cloud and cyber security advantageous)
- Technology within an enterprise level environment
- Technical documentation
- Stakeholder management
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working with stakeholders at all levels
- Perfect communication skills (written and verbal)
NOTE:
- Full Australian working rights are required
- Applicants need to be currently residing in Australia (those outside of Australia will not be considered for this position)
What you'll get in return
You will be offered an initial six month remote contract role paying up to $1070 plus super per day for a leading higher education organisation.
