Your new role
As a Technical Analyst/Writer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users. Your day-to-day job will involve configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions, documenting functional and technical specifications, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs. You'll participate in solution design discussions, analyse defects, and support release readiness while contributing to the development of high-quality digital services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong experience with modelling tools like BPMN, UML, SysML, and flow charts.
• Background in agile software delivery, including creating agile artefacts and user stories.
• Experience producing system, security, and business documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Asana.
• Desirable qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Power Platform) or ICT certifications.
