Senior Town Planner

This position is pivotal in shaping the strategic vision for land use and development within the region. You will drive sustainable and innovative development outcomes while ensuring compliance with planning controls and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex planning applications and projects.

• Prepare and assess planning permits, amendments, and reports.

• Deliver high-quality planning advice to the community, stakeholders, and staff.

• Represent the council in hearings and liaise with external organisations and developers.

• Contribute to the implementation of strategic growth plans and planning scheme amendments.
