Your new company
Is a Queensland-based civil-earthmoving rental and
repairs business and have recently expanded services opening a new
facility in Townsville. They help the Queensland civil market access
quality earthmoving rental equipment and repair solutions.
Your new role
As the business continues to grow, we are currently on
the look out to find our next team member to manage the workshop operations for
the Mount Isa office/workshop on a full time basis with some travel
required at times. Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Managing two
workshops in Mount Isa & Townsville
- Supervising
and supporting all team members, including scheduling, training, and
performance management
- Acting as
the main point of contact for customers, addressing service requests, and
resolving issues
- Ensuring all safety protocols
are followed and maintaining a safe working environment
- track &
report on key performance indicators
- planning and
allocating workshop and infield service work
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated
experience in workshop management
- Ability to
build & maintain strong relationships with internal and external
customers to meet stated value propositions
- Demonstrated
experience in risk management and safety systems
- Experience
in managing diverse teams of people
- Attention to
detail and QA discipline
- Experience
managing budgets and a P&L
- Current
Driver’s Licence
