Your new role

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Manage and enhance the CMDB and related asset management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates should have full working rights in Australia (mandate).
• The candidate should be currently in Adelaide, Australia (mandate).
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Administrator. (mandate)
• Mandatory experience in CMDB along with strong knowledge of the ITSM suite
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
