Site Supervisor

Your new company

Our client operate's across Southeast Queensland, they are a well-established commercial builder with a great reputation in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule and budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Your new role

In this role you will oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, manage teams including subcontractors and labourers, enforce safety regulations and quality standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

You will be supported by the project team and will have responsibility for all activities on site, the director and construction manager of the company will be accessible and offer support through all phases.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience and have successfully delivered the site management of commercial mixed-use projects.
  • Tilt panel construction.
  • Prioritisation and adaptability
  • Leadership and delegation
  • QBCC licence
