Your new role

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. You'll be working on our latest healthcare project, a substantial project valued at up to $80M, in Western Sydney. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire construction process, from start to finish. You'll lead and inspire your team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that every aspect of the project meets our stringent standards of excellence and safety.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with a value of $50M+.
• Background: Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction companies is highly desirable, with a great track record and longevity in previous roles. Trade background is preferred.
• Attributes: Fantastic attention to detail, relationship-management and communication skills.
