Your new role

• Guides solution development and integration, ensuring compliance with technical and security standards.
• Develops CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and integrates CRM systems with other applications.
• Leads data science projects, advising on problem evaluation and data sources.
• Designs and maintains data pipelines and quality checks.
• Understands client needs, collects data, analyzes, and resolves issues, recommending and implementing solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Expert in data and CRM solutions
  using middleware, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Skilled in developing high-performance, scalable integration solutions for seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Strong in coaching, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and public speaking, adaptable to diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices for data and CRM integration in transformation programs.
• Customer-focused, adept at managing complex integration issues under pressure with innovative approaches.
