Store Person with Forklift Licence (High Reach Experience)
A leading manufacturer of waste disposal vehicles, committed to innovation and excellence in providing sustainable waste management solutions, is looking for a reliable and experienced storeperson with high-reach forklift expertise to join the team and support operations.


Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate high-reach forklifts to store and retrieve parts and materials in warehouse shelving.
  • Assist in organising, stocking, and accurately tracking parts and materials to maintain inventory records.
  • Prepare parts and materials for dispatch or assembly according to company requirements.
  • Receive and dispatch goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure forklifts are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials for vehicle assembly.
Requirements:
  • Valid forklift certification with high-reach experience essential.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with safe manual handling and forklift operating practices.
This role involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to physical demands and the occasional need to work outdoors.
