As a result of recent growth in Australia, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate supply chain professional to join their team in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.

Your new role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory levels
  • Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
  • Analysing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Work with nominated Freight Forwarders for customs clearance and delivery
  • Manage Sea, Air, Courier import freight orders

What you’ll need to succeed
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge in import and export procedures across air and sea
  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
