A leading property development company based on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a permanent Systems Administrator/IT Manager to join their team. Based primarily onsite, this role will involve managing and maintaining the organisations IT Infrastructure, ensuring systems and networks are operating smoothly.

Your new role

You will ensure the organisation's IT infrastructure is running smoothly and be proficient in Data Analysis/Power BI. Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and hardware
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Configuring and maintaining LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
• Transforming data into actionable insights
• Analysing data to identify trends and patterns

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience in a similar role and be skilled in data visualisation and analysis.

• Technical proficiency with operating systems, network configuration and management, virtualisation technologies, and cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
