Your new role

As a member of this team, you will support system testing activities and quality assurance by updating and executing test scripts. You will assist in the development of change management, communication, and training materials, and contribute to the creation of processes, procedures, system instructions, and user guides. Additionally, you will help deliver communication and training to colleagues across the division, participate in the development of impact assessments for proposed system changes, and support the implementation of changes through a structured release cycle.

• Experience or knowledge in system release management.
