Your new role
Interpret, implement and deliver ongoing compliance of international tax matters applicable to the Group
Prepare, coordinate and deliver global transfer pricing matters
Coordinate and respond to tax related audits/reviews and liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders within Australia and other relevant regions
Assist and coordinate tax risk and tax governance matters relating to the group
Assist with the delivery of the Group's direct and indirect tax compliance requirements and income tax provisions for various regions
Assist with global tax compliance
Provide the business with tax support and advice regarding proposed and ongoing international projects, including interpretation of tax treaties and tax legislation
Monitor international tax developments, tax law changes and other emerging issues/changes relating to the Group
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA/CA qualified with a strong background in either Big 4 or large enterprise environments. Working experience with transfer pricing and international tax will be needed for this role. The ideal candidate will possess attributes that will allow them to work as part of a global and local team, manage a small team and be solution driven. Experience in an engineering firm is highly regarded but not a requirement.
