We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technician Learning, Capability & Compliance within the Learning, Capability and Compliance team for an industry-leading Coal Mining client. Reporting to the Superintendent Learning Strategy, Systems and Compliance, this role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance of the integrated compliance systems for contractor training compliance.

Your new role

• Responsible for the initial transfer of training needs data as an Asset wide project into the contractor training compliance system
• Ongoing maintenance of training needs and data validation in the contractor training compliance system for contractor compliance monitoring and contractor site access
• Resolution of customer queries and requests, including engagement with site representatives and external partners to optimise the management of the contractor compliance system

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience with SuccessFactors LMS (or other Learning Management System) and Training Needs Analysis would be highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Word) and a high attention to detail
• Able to effectively communicate professionally, with a customer focussed outlook
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets, work well under pressure
