Your new role

As a Test Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for establishing and executing comprehensive test strategies, leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT). Your expertise will be crucial in managing defect resolution and ensuring business sign-off on system readiness before deployment.
  • Establishing the test strategy and leading SIT, UAT, and go-live verification.
  • Ensuring quality assurance before deployment and managing defect resolution.
  • Developing a post-go-live test automation strategy to reduce long-term manual testing.
  • Working closely with business teams, vendors, and developers to execute comprehensive test cycles.
  • Ensuring structured SIT, UAT, and PVT execution with clear entry and exit criteria.
  • Governing defect tracking and resolution to ensure critical issues are resolved before deployment


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong background in test planning, automation frameworks (BDD - Behaviour Driven Development, Selenium, Tosca), and performance testing for enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience in SIT, UAT, PVT execution, test governance, and managing vendor-led testing in large IT transformations.
  • Experience in ensuring business sign-off on system readiness, preventing go-live defects.
  • Worked extensively on governing defect, tracking and resolution, ensuring that critical issues are resolved before deployment.
