Our client is an Australian-owned and leading manufacturing and fabrication company based in Western Sydney, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced TIG Welder to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, and other alloys.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on project requirements.
  • Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and practices in welding.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks.
