Your New Role:

As a Travel Retail Field Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring sells-ins and sell-outs, and driving market share growth throughout the territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing negotiated animation plans.
  • Seizing opportunities at points of sale.
  • Undertaking regular field visits.
  • Coaching, training, and motivating the sales staff.
  • Controlling merchandising.
  • Developing strong customer relationships.

  • A deep understanding of market and business dynamics.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and proactively in a highly volatile environment.
  • Strong planning, execution, and control skills.
  • Excellent people management and training abilities.
