A leading provider of affordable and sustainable energy solutions in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Customer Service Manager. Your new role

As the Warehouse and Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure a seamless customer service experience. This role will suit a people and customer-focused individual who is looking to make this operation their own.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory and ordering of materials
  • Coordinating pick up, delivery, and installation scheduling
  • Supervising warehouse staff
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Identifying avenues for growth of customer base
  • Play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in warehouse management and customer service
  • A track record of maintaining and improving KPIs around Inventory and DIFOT
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
